To be eligible for credit when enrolling into accredited courses, graduates of Pathway Course Bundles must enrol in qualifications with our partner RTOs within six months of completion of the Micro-Credential course. From time to time Nationally Accredited training packages will be updated to ensure content is current with industry trends and needs and this may cause changes, amendments and updates to your pathway course.
By enrolling in the course, you agree to pay the course fees (plus applicable surcharges) using the payment method you have selected under the course enrolment agreement.
You are required to pay the total amount of the course fees even if you do not complete your course.
Student fees will include the necessary e-learning resources such as online interactive resources, online PDFs or workbooks dependent upon the course of study chosen.
If you are on a debit success payment plan, you will pay the following fees in addition to the $25per week for your course access:
Unless otherwise agreed, the agreed course commencement date will be the date of issuance of a username and password for online course access.
Wandr is dedicated to providing students with the most current and relevant information. Therefore, we may periodically update, change, or amend our courses to ensure they remain up-to-date and in line with industry standards.
Respectful and professional conduct towards our staff and mentors is essential. We are committed to addressing and resolving any issues you may encounter; however, any form of abuse towards our team members will not be tolerated. In cases of abusive behaviour, we reserve the right to cancel your course enrolment and remove you from the training platform.
You will be eligible for a full refund of fees paid ONLY if OCA cancels the nominated course before you have logged in to access the system.
You will be eligible for a refund of fees paid ONLY if you, the student, decide to cancel within the 7-day money-back guarantee period. Please note there is an admin fee of $50 for a Debit Success account and $250 for a Zeefi account (to cover processing fees/set up fees we incur).
You will need to pay these fees in total if you have incurred additional late/failed payment fees with our payment plan provider (Debit Success or Zeefi).

You can continue to access your course online, permitting:
Unlimited access means that your course access does not expire. Therefore, as long as you are active for over 12 months, your login and password will remain active so that you can access your course. The only exception to "unlimited access" is if the course is cancelled, updated or changed. This will only happen if all students have completed the course. *Dependant on the course
You can return to complete the course at any time, permitting your course access is current (see above in Course Access and Expiry); your Unlimited Course Access subscription is unlimited. Any new topics we release will be automatically added to your account.
No refund of fees or release from financial commitment will be granted for the non-completion of studies.
OCA has a fair and equitable process for dealing with student complaints and appeals.
OCA has a three-tiered approach to complaints:
If you have a complaint about anything related to your course, you should first try to resolve the problem by speaking to one of our team members. However, if you feel that you cannot do this or if your complaint or concern is about something that is not directly related to your course, you may contact Student Support Services.
If you cannot resolve your problem by the informal discussion, you can make a formal complaint using the appropriate form – contact Student Support for a copy of this form at [email protected].

OCA may contact you using a variety of measures, including by telephone, email, SMS or mail. All communications from OCA will be via your contact details recorded on file. You may also engage with OCA via various social media platforms, which collect and store your personal information and data. It is your responsibility to keep your details up to date. You may update your contact details or preferred method of communication, unsubscribe, or opt out of any marketing communications by contacting OCA at any time.
OCA may disclose your personal information under the following circumstances:
OCA does not typically or routinely disclose personal information to overseas recipients unless the overseas recipient is a contracted third party acting on behalf of the organisation or an exception under the Australian Privacy Principles applies. OCA will only disclose personal information to overseas recipients where reasonable steps have been taken to ensure the overseas recipient does not breach the OCA Privacy Policy or the Australian Privacy Principles.
