TAE40110 Workplace Supervisor Skill Set
Workplace supervisor's role is not limited to training employees and apprentices. A supervisor is a mentor and a role model for his trainees and also a source of motivation to them. Online Courses Australia's Workplace Supervisor Skill Set Course is structured for managers involved in delivering structured training to their team to ensure that employees work towards achieving organisational objectives.
It is not mandatory to complete the entire Training and Assessment qualification. The prescribed skill set comprising three units from the Training and Education Training Package (TAE10) meet the industry specifications required to become an enterprise trainer. You will also attain the trainer and assessor skill set as part of your overall workplace supervisor skill set.
By participating in this course you will be able co-ordinate session plans, provide work skill instruction, and guide and support trainees as effectively as possible and decide on the level of supervision required for each team member.
