TAE40110 Enterprise Trainer and Assessor Skill Set
Online Courses Australia's Enterprise Trainer and Assessor Skill Set course is designed for individuals considering a vocation as trainers and assessors in an enterprise such as a Registered Training Organisation or a firm working in alliance with an RTO.
It is not mandatory to complete the entire Training and Assessment qualification. The prescribed skill set comprising four units from the Training and Education Training Package (TAE10) meet the industry specifications required to become an enterprise trainer and assessor.
The course gives comprehensive details required for conducting competency-based training and assessment, monitoring learners and gauging their aptitude, following an assessment plan, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training session. Upon successful completion of the course students will receive a Statement of Attainment for partial fulfilment of the industry qualification in Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110).
