The Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Course QLD (SITHFAB009A) can be completed in your own time and in the comfort of your own home. Depending on your existing knowledge, the RSA online course should only take you approximately four hours to complete.
Competency Unit SITHFAB009A
This online RSA course covers the skills and knowledge required to responsibly sell or serve alcohol, and to satisfy the requirements for responsible sale and service of alcohol under Queensland legislation.
On completion of this RSA course you will be issued an RSA Training Course Certificate for use in Queensland, with a Statement of Attainment endorsement.
If you are working in other states, this endorsement is nationally accredited to apply for mutual recognition in your state or territory.
With this RSA Certificate you will be able to apply for positions in hotels, licensed bars, pubs, bars and clubs, retail liquor outlets, and licensed function and event venues.
