Course design
The course comprises two units of study:
- Organise personal work priorities and development
- Organise Schedules
Both units can be completed in 45 hours. Students are required to complete the course within a period of two months commencing from the date of enrolment.

Upon successful completion of the course students will receive a nationally recognized Statement of Attainment.

Organise personal work priorities and
development:
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge
required to organise own work schedules, to monitor and obtain
feedback on work performance, and to maintain required levels of
competence.
Organise Schedules:
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge
required to manage appointments and diaries for personnel within an
organisation, using manual and electronic diaries, schedules and
other appointment systems.
How Long Does The Course Take?
This short course should take approximately 45 hours.
Each of the five units should take 22-23 hours respectively. Maximum 2 months access to this online course.
